Your Customers Don’t Need More Content. They Need an AI Assistant.

There’s a lot of noise right now around AI employees, AI assistants, AI agents, AI apps, and all the other names we’re giving this technology.

But underneath all of that noise is one very simple opportunity for business owners:

What if your customer never had to sit there wondering, “What do I do next?”

That is where I believe AI gets really interesting.

Not when it replaces the human.

Not when it tries to become the business owner.

And definitely not when we hand our judgment over to a machine.

AI gets powerful when we train it to help people move forward.

“The job of AI isn’t to replace the human. The human gets a new job: training AI to deliver a better experience.”

That distinction changes everything.

Because when you begin thinking about AI as an extension of your customer experience, not simply another tool you subscribe to, you start seeing opportunities everywhere.
